Welcome to www.elodiesnaturals.com, the website for Elodie’s Naturals (the “Site”), a business operated by Anakali LC. By using the Site, you agree to the terms and conditions of use described below and any modifications thereto (the "Terms").
We may revise the Terms at any time, and we suggest you review the Site periodically. By using the Site after we post any changes, you agree to accept those changes.

Elodie's Naturals uses the Site to allow users to (i) register themselves and others for cosmetic-making classes (“Event”) and to purchase cosmetic products or a cosmetics kit (“Product” or “DIY Kit”, and collectively with an Event, the “Services”).
Elodie's Naturals is constantly making adjustments to the Services and any description herein should not be considered a representation or obligation with respect to how the Services may be offered or supplied in the future. We may send users of our Site promotional materials and/or a newsletter describing our Services, and providing other news about us.
Please be aware that prices, availability and other purchase terms are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Site and to correct errors once discovered.
Product Availability. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change specifications and prices on Products without incurring any obligation to you. The availability of any Product or DIY boxes will be updated on our Site. While Products are usually readily available, an item could be out-of-stock, in which case we encourage you to contact us so we can tell you when it is expected back in stock.
Packaging. We use reasonable efforts to try and describe the items available on the Site as accurately as possible and to depict the most up to date packaging. However, when ordering Products, please note that we do not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free, or that Product packaging depicted on the Site will match the actual Product that you receive. If a Product described on the Site is not as described when you receive it, or the packaging on the Site does not match the product you receive, your sole remedy is to return it to us in an unused and undamaged condition in accordance with our return policy described below.
Shipping. We ship with various carries including FedEx, USPS (US Postal Service) and DHL. Shipping charges may vary from the amount indicated by the automatic shipping calculator since the weight calculated on the Site may differ from the actual package weight due to the packaging material.
Return Policy for Products. All returns must be pre-approved. To request, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) use our Contact Us Form or call us at 202 630 5017. All returned merchandise is subject to a restocking/discard fee of 20% of the original purchase price. If items are returned without prior authorization, we reserve the right to discard items with no refund. All sales are final after 30 days.
Missing / Wrong / Damaged Items. Elodie’s naturals takes great care in packing orders. Please check the enclosed packing slip against the actual shipment. Any discrepancies or wrong items must be reported within 5 business days after receiving the order. Also, please keep the packing slip as we may request a copy of it in order to double-check the packed items with our own list we have on file. Items are typically checked off on the packing slip and the packing slip is signed by the packer.
Risk of Loss. All items purchased from our Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We take no responsibility for the shipment (i.e. in case of lost packages we will not refund anything and/or you shall bear the entire cost of any requested re-shipment). However, we will use reasonable efforts to assist you in tracking the package.
Order Discrepancies. Missing items or wrong items must be reported within 5 days after receiving the order. All sales are deemed final after five days. Damaged Items. If packages are damaged upon receipt, you must contact us within 5 business days after receiving the order and also the shipping carrier (FedEx, USPS, DHL) immediately in order to make a claim as we can not take responsibility for damaged packages. We will then file a claim with the carrier.

we only use few ingredients, always botanicals and premium quality.
Event Terms and Conditions
Availability. The location of an Event and the host of an Event could change from time to time, possibly even on the day of an Event without notice, and you agree to this uncertainty that comes with attending a live Event.
Materials. Elodie’s Naturals will provide all ingredients to make your cosmetics recipe during an Event. While Elodie's Naturals maintains quality control over the materials it uses, each participant is responsible for following all instructions safety rules, and to not use any ingredients that may cause them an allergy. Reactions to the ingredients used during an Event can occur for a very small number of people. Therefore, each participant should test their Product by applying a little of it to their wrist at least 48 hours before they wish to use it.
Waiver. All users and their guests who wish to attend an Event will be required to sign our standard waiver prior to participating in the Event. Participants who fail to sign the waiver will not be permitted to attend the Event and will not be given a refund.
Event Times. Elodie’s Naturals will endeavor to begin and complete the Event at the times designated at time of purchase, but such times may vary.
Booking an Event. Events are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment of the Event fee is required in order to book your place. Registration and attendance of an Event is subject to the capacity limitations of the venue where the Event is taking place. You may request a place on the waiting list for an Event by sending an email to email@example.com with the date and location of the Event you wish to attend.
COVID: only fully vaccinated person can enroll to indoor classes. Wearing a mask is required.
Event Reservations are Non-refundable. Once you have registered and paid for an Event, your payment is nonrefundable. There are no exceptions to this rule. However, you are permitted to transfer your reservation to someone else who may attend the Event you purchased in your place. Should you choose to do this, you must inform us prior the Event at firstname.lastname@example.org by providing the name of the person who will replace you (with the order N°) and proof of fully vaccination. This person must sign our waiver either in advance or at the time of the Event.
Elodie’s Naturals Cosmetic-Class Recipe. Elodie’s Naturals reserves the right, without prior notice, to change the type of cosmetic recipe that will be made at an Event.
Cancellation of Events. Elodie's Naturals reserves the right to cancel an Event for any reason and to reschedule it for a later date. We will inform anyone affected by such cancellation and transfer them into a new class or grant a credit to attend a subsequent Event at a later date.
Spring Break and Summer Camps for kids Terms & Conditions
Payment Options. We accept Venmo and Cheque. If you have to cancel your participation for any reasons prior to or during the camp, ELODIE’S NATURALS will apply the following refund policy:
• If your child (i) has knowingly been in close or proximate contact within 10 days before the start of the camp or during the camp, with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who has or had symptoms of COVID-19; (ii) has tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days before the start of the camp or during the camp; (iii) shows any symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days before the start of the camp or during the camp; s/he will be considered as no longer fulfilling the sanitary conditions for participation into the camp (except with a written statement from a healthcare provider). ELODIE’S NATURALS will reimburse your enrollment fee prorata temporis, any day started being accounted as a full day, minus a non-refundable $75 fee and $130 cost of the materials.
• If you cancel your participation for any other reason, ELODIE’S NATURALS will not reimburse your enrollment fee.
Payment Options. We accept Visa, American Express, Venmo and Paypal. Prices are subject to change at any time. By placing an order on www.elodiesnaturals.com, you agree to pay the listed price applicable for the Product or Event (including any sales taxes, surcharges, or delivery fees) at the time of your order, and agree to the terms, restrictions, and conditions of the purchase as of the time you submitted the order. Unless you and Elodie’s Naturals have agreed to an alternate billing arrangement, we will automatically bill the payment method you submitted during the order process. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Sales Tax. Sales taxes are not included in the price of any Product or Event. We will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders placed through the Site.
The Website is owned and operated by Anakali LC. “Site Content” means all features, materials, information, content, text, site design, graphics, logos, images, audio and video clips, appearing on or offered on our Site, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, and includes our current and future Products and information about our Events. Unless otherwise specified, all Site Content is the sole property of Anakali LC.
Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
Disclaimer of Warranties. You understand that the Services are provided purely for your personal entertainment and use, and you agree that we will not be responsible for any damages that you claim result, directly or indirectly, from use of the Services, for any reason, including costs incurred while using the Services, the inaccessibility of the Services, or the costs associated with any claims you bring or try to bring against us. We do not guarantee that we will continue to provide the Services, that the Services will be available at any particular time or from any particular place, or that we will continue to provide them in the manner that they are currently provided.
Limitation of Liability. You expressly agree that use of the Services is at your sole risk. Anakali LC, and each of its respective investors, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and suppliers (collectively, the “Anakali Parties”) do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the Services. The Services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the Anakali Parties, or any person or entity involved in creating, producing or distributing the services, be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Services. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, gross negligence, or under any other cause of action, even if the claim alleges that the Anakali Parties’ conduct was willful.
